What is a Non-Woven Flap Wheel?
A Non-Woven Flap Wheel is an abrasive finishing tool made using non-woven abrasive material arranged in a flap-wheel configuration. Unlike conventional abrasive flap wheels, non-woven wheels are particularly suited for surface conditioning, light deburring, blending and finishing.
They can help achieve a more uniform finish while reducing the risk of aggressive material removal.

The new Flap Craft Non-Woven Flap Wheel will be available in:
- Coarse - For stronger cleaning, surface conditioning and light finishing
- Medium - For general-purpose surface finishing and blending
- Fine - For finer finishing and achieving a smoother surface appearance
